🇨🇦 Shipping Within Canada

We believe your shopping experience should be smooth and worry-free.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders of $250 or more within Canada.
  • Flat Rate: Orders below $250 are shipped at a flat rate of $14.99 CAD.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST), excluding holidays.
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Toronto (GTA): 1–3 business days
    • Ontario & Quebec: 3–6 business days
    • Rural areas / Western provinces: 5–9 business days

Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

 Shipping to the United States

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $14.99 USD
  • Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days

 Order Conditions

  • All orders are subject to verification and approval.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
  • Once an order has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
  • ShanShar is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

 Refused or Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us, a reshipping fee of $14.98 USD ($9.99 shipping + $4.99 handling) will apply.

This includes cases such as the following:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts (3 attempts)
  • Unclaimed packages at the post office

🔄 Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain strict return guidelines:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products
  • All makeup and hair care products

Eligible Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The return is made within 7 days of delivery
  • A valid receipt is provided

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 If your order qualified for free shipping, original shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

 A 20% restocking fee applies to returned orders that initially qualified for free shipping.

 International Orders

  • All international sales are final (no returns or exchanges).
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Import regulations vary by country—please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Allergic Reactions

Your safety matters to us.

If you experience an allergic reaction:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of use
  • We may request photos or a doctor’s note for verification

Once approved, we will issue a refund or store credit for the affected product only.

 Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases
  • Customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs
  • ShanShar reserves the right to apply additional shipping charges for remote areas
