Horrendous customer service

Once they have your money is the end of whatever they claim customer service is. I'm a long time purchaser of HT26 products. I live in the united states and was willing to pay a premium to order from the store directly in France. I found Shanshar and hoped I can reduce my international shipping costs. I did. However they will send you damaged products or wrong products and not do ANYTHING to rectify it. I received an item that the top was damaged during transport. I sent them an email about it the day it arrived. After weeks of no response I contacted them and threatened to dispute with my card. This was the only time they responded and asked for pictures that they would send to do a claim. After I sent the pictures nothing. So they not only took my money and sent me damaged merchandise but any thing they get as far as refund from the post office will go to them. So they get to get paid twice and still no response.

If you're in a pinch their products do appear to be authentic but if there's any issue you're on your own and customer service is more so just a word and not an actual company mission. I'll be going back to the French site whichs says ALOT if i'm doing that to get BETTER customer service. BUYER BEWARE.

I got this specifically for my dry,dark knees and i can see an improvement !! it is very liquid and has that glycerin feel after you rub it in which can be a little sticky but after a while it goes away and feel very moisturizes. my bottle was package very nicely, Thanks to ShanShar
